Welcome to the American Urological Association Distinguished Awards!

All nominations must be submitted using the online website and are required to include the following information:

• Nominee’s Email (used to look up nominee in AUA’s database)
• Abbreviated CV (no more than 4 pages)
• Digital photo (High-resolution digital photo in either JPEG, GIF or PNG format with a minimum file size of 1MB (1000 KB) and may not exceed 15 MB file size)
• Nomination summary that includes one paragraph for each award criteria (documents below)
• Nominee’s cell phone used for awards notifications
